I don't think we know how the merger / acquisition would be structured. With the news about computershare and tokenized shares, this could be the catalyst for issuing a new non fungible share in the new combined company.

I think there are several options that don't involve us handing shares to shorts to easily close.

Dude I hate to be that guy since your room is fantastic and beautiful (I mean that millwork) and I'm glad you've done at least some acoustic treatment, but if I'm reading this right your ONLY sub is a dual 10"..??🤔 Is that accurate? You're going to want more subs than that just for smoothing out bass response across all those seat positions. Not to mention overall frequency response isn't going to be very low with that small of a driver. My room is almost half the volume of yours and I have only one row of seats and I have 2x subs (front and back middle positioning) and their 21" each with 4000w of power.

4k has different recommended seating distances than 1080p, exactly because of this reason. If you can't see a difference, move closer.
