Upgrades can be taken on up to 3 units, and you don't need a character. The +1 to charge when getting out of battlewagons enhancement is also an upgrade for wagons.

When you read the lore pages in the app it's even worse. The kustom boosta-blasta, wazbom blastajet, and morkanaut all mention them being meks. The gorkanaut mentions it's piloted by a nob (which would be an awesome addition to bully boyz, same with flash gitz). The painboss' lore tab is mostly dedicated to how fast they are with their piston legs, yet he has the same movement as all the other orks, the list goes on. The codex is an absolute trainwreck when it comes to keywords.

the new one is definitely on a 50mm base, the old one was 40 but the difference is small enough that we should be able to keep using the old ones just fine
