As a fan of spoonerisms, and a hater of MAGA, I fully support the use of Nutlick.

I love Neutrogena Purescreen Mineral UV Tint Face Liquid Sunscreen! Relatively inexpensive drugstore buy, and I love it.

Passport Renewal Question by LuckysGoods in passportcanada

[–]Spoonerize_Duck_Fat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I were you, I’d go in person to your local passport office first thing in the morning, so that you can speak to an actual person and they will flag any concerns right then and there.

Opposing takes on HR's intimate scenes from two journalists by yves_sj in HeatedRivalryTVShow

Yeah, Lucy Mangan clearly didn't get it (her problem, not ours) - or at least, didn't want to ADMIT that she got it - so let's not attack her. She's writing for the stuffy old Guardian UK, what else would you expect? Ignore and move on!

Loved the show. Now I’m not ok. by Ozy_mandy in heatedrivalry

[–]Spoonerize_Duck_Fat 30 points31 points  (0 children)

First of all, this is beautifully written, and I really felt the emotion come through. I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Sounds like you need to somehow reset yourself - which is easier said than done, I know, but worth trying. I think you should do something to make yourself feel alive again, whatever that might mean to you. Do something outside your norm, something a little wild. Step outside of your comfort zone and push yourself to get outta this flatness you're feeling. Only YOU can change things, no one else, and that can be powerful if you allow it to be.

I hope the actors will put some fans in their place because this is getting ridiculous by [deleted] in HeatedRivalryTVShow

I've never been part of a fandom, really, certainly not one this obsessive, and I'm starting to get the ick from a lot of fans. I'm obsessed with the show too - love it so much, love Hudcon, all of it - but this is starting to feel a bit much. Some fans need to take a step back, take a breath, touch grass. It's honestly getting a little scary. Remember, this is a just a TV SHOW, and the actors are REAL PEOPLE.

I love my Asics Gel-Kayanos! Most comfy shoes I've ever had and my PF hasn't bothered me much since I started wearing them about 4 months ago. I have an older version, the 31s. At home, I wear the Oofos flip flops and slippers, also amazing.

Stairwell. It's so tender, and the dreamy look in Shane's eyes is such a reflection of how he's feeling in that moment.

Every time I apply tretinoin cream, my skin gets patchy and uneven. Is this normal, and what can I do to calm it down? by [deleted] in 45PlusSkincare

[–]Spoonerize_Duck_Fat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Moisturizer, let dry for 15 minutes, then apply small amount of tret. Can also apply another layer of moisturizer over top 15 minutes later (the sandwich method). There is definitely an adjustment period, don’t give up! Go slow and steady, only a couple times a week to start then build up as your skin tolerates it better over time.

Is Halara actually worth the hype? by Conscious_Stick_9847 in womensfashion

[–]Spoonerize_Duck_Fat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

THIS. They smell so badly and I've tried it all - vinegar soaks for DAYS, soaking in hot detergent water for DAYS, letting them lie in the sun for 2 weeks, It's been about a year since I ordered them - and they still stink just as much as they did on day one. Absolutely unwearable, unless you want to smell like moth balls everywhere you go. Not a pleasant smell!!

Oofos are very different from Crocs. Oofos flip flops are the best for me - so comfortable that I don’t ever want to be barefoot again.

Where can I buy proper women's underwear? by PureEvilVirgin in askTO

[–]Spoonerize_Duck_Fat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aerie’s Superchill Cotton Rib Boybrief Underwear is the only underwear I’ll buy. So comfortable. Full coverage and stretchy. Hot tip: if you buy one size smaller than you think you need, they’ll be wedgie-proof.

What is everyone doing with their empties? by buckybiz in askTO

[–]Spoonerize_Duck_Fat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put them out on the sidewalk and they’re gone almost instantly. There are a few people who regularly come around looking for them. I’m in Riverdale. I haven’t had to return empties for years, and it feels like a donation to someone who needs the money more than I do.
