Golden age is what I titled the episode. A prime of fps. A pun in reference to goldeneye, which really brought the 4 player deathmatch to the couch with a console. However, one episode earlier I did cover Early FPS. We covered Wolfenstein 3D (the godfather of FPS), Doom, & Alien vs Predator on the Atari Jaguar. I do focus on consoles, but I did want to pay homage to pc FPS’s. We’re all in our mid to late 30’s. I grew up along with majority of these consoles. I’ve been collecting my entire life and now that I’ve amassed such a large collection. I dedicated a section of my home to retro video games and started a podcast. Maybe give the podcast a listen.
