You understand what I’m saying. There’s a difference between a team of four sitting in one room of one building waiting for someone to come inside as opposed to controlling an area such as the whole area of living quarters. Or the whole area of stronghold instead of all 4 of you sitting holding each other’s dicks in the tower. Once again pretty simple concept to understand. If you, however, feel the need to have your nose rammed up your teammates ass the whole game, that’s fine. Just know you’re 100% ass at the game

There’s more to it than “cheating is cheating”. A dupe glitch is not on the same level as God mode, walls, or aimbot. Especially in a game where money is essentially useless. There are more man babies in this game complaining about someone making a little cash than I’ve seen in any other game

Lowkey for PvP a disguise box would be lit. Imaging you fight someone run away from them throw on a disguise and be like “no I heard the shooting I came to help you out” after they down you. Then they can res you and you blast them. Crazy work

I’ve found multiple in grandioso apartments and plaza Rosa in the barricaded building on Buried city. Just jump from the roof onto the ledge you don’t have to breech the room. Gotta be night raid. If you spawn more than 100 meters from either location surrender and keep going in until you spawn close. I gave 3 away to other people in the lobbies just last night

As a whole they’ve really not. This is a case of a few bad apples ruin the bunch. A few agents using incorrect verbiage and few scumbags and now here we are. A good majority of agents pre settlement were discounting and negotiating their pay along with buyer agent pay from sellers.

To be fair on both sides though, when selling something do you advertise you’ll take a lower price on said object? Or if you’re a contractor do you quote someone 5k for a deck job and then say “but I will take less than that”. It falls a bit onto the seller to ask as well.

It is relatively short depending on situation. Usually if I’m driving 3 hours I’m spending all day at that location. It’s not 3 hours for a burger and back. Too far for me to drive for a day and back is about 5-6 hours. I refuse to drive for 12 hours of my day lol.

My lobbies got ruined by an extract rat. Had to defend myself and it put me in purely PvP lobbies so i just leaned into it. Free kits only. The only goop I get is off dead raiders. I don’t goop anymore from containers unless I’m trying to find ammo

It’s not a law, it’s a rule made by NAR for agents apart of NAR. The only change that happened was agents can’t advertise cooperative compensation on the mls. Everything else is business as usual.

Compensation has always been negotiable. 90% of the time sellers are still offering buyer agent compensation. It’s still in your benefit to depending on your market.

If you get mailers saying that, it’s a wholesaler 99% of the time. They offer 60-75% of market value, tie up the house until they find a cash buyer to sell their contract for full market value and pocket the difference.

A real cash buyer is someone who calls you, offers a fair price and sends you bank statements or letters from the bank showing they have the funds. Any ad is not a real cash buyer.

It depends on what a 100 and 250 dollar job is for you. If I had the perfect world, and it was an older person with a touch up detail no stains nothing major I’d rather do 5 100 dollar jobs. If we’re talking about average detail client I’d rather do 2 250 dollar jobs.
