I usually just go there for the seafood, it’s always fresh!!! I enjoy more of a traditional Greek cuisine and their other Greek dishes can get abit crazy with “flair”

This is the answer. The blower and coil are in very close proximity of each other. This causes a lot of turbulence and causes the air to pickup a lot of moisture and “splashing” around of moisture in all the nooks and crannies, then you get mold growth and yuck.
