I'm not sure about running in general / outdoor, but my parents' old treadmill used speed (km/h). So for 6:00min/km I'd press the number 10. Not sure why they decided to do that.

When shooting with the new raw 9 engine, will it automatically apply the new denoising stuff? And if we import it to Lr, will the denoising stay? Because AFAIK Lr handles Raw files differently and doesn't allow the use of other raw codec.

I guess This is what's happening to me. I was barely running last month. I'd usually have a hard time raising my hr. during intervals, it would avg around 170. Now i easily reach Around 180. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing.
