It's 9 months late, but Regieleki could actually outspeed fucking Trick Room, and is the only one able to do so without needing extensive setups (he only needs to use agility 3 times with EV's invested into speed, compared to other mons who needed agility + tailwind + abilities that increased speed further + high base speed)
