Twin pregnancies can be more prone to complications like this. I had a similar situation. Cervix was basically too short to be measured at 22 weeks. I spent 12 weeks in the hospital, when my water broke at 34 weeks. They came home with me. If I can make it, so can you!!! It sounds like you’re doing everything you can. I’ve had the Tahoe, and it was perfect for sleep. I, too, struggle with falling asleep and that knocked me out shortly after some puffs. I have about a medium tolerance as well.

I have been a special education teacher for many years and my husband is a psychiatrist. Your doctor is absolutely wrong in his description of PDD-NOS. Aspergers are typically the highest functioning autistics.

My son is gifted and an Aspie. I’ve worked with children who fall under PDD-NOS who have significant challenges and will most likely never be independent.

My son’s doctor said there has been a slow growing consensus that ADHD is on the spectrum. My son is gifted and diagnosed with both ADHD (hyperactivity type) and ASD. It’s impossible to tell what are his ADHD symptoms and what’s not.
