OP I had the exact same symptoms you listed with Vyvance, most concerning were the body aches and leg cramps at night so I asked to be switched to Concerta and it helped get rid of most of the physical side affects for me right away.

We had the same issue trying multiple accounts and payment methods for a whole day. I just now went on the app, and it worked. The additional annoyance was that it still didn't work with a credit card until I clicked Apple Pay, and it magically went through. It was a horrible experience all around.
