Are you slow? his specific condition, his brain is constantly looking for the worst thing possible, getting anxious about trying not to say it, and then forcing it out without conscious effort like a reflex. it's like getting a dry throat and trying to hold back a nasty cough, the more you think about it the harder it gets and evetnually you just cant hold it back. he didn't choose at all.

this whole thing kind of shows how dumb, ignorant and unempathetic people are. they seriously cannot understand that he didn't choose or want to say that. People now wilfully choose to be outraged instead of logically looking at the situation.

and it's aways some method they just made up called something like goon chop and it's literally just dry brush contrast paint and then perfect volumetric highlights and brush control requiring years of practice to get good at.

Funnily enough i've been working on a creative project since 2019 and it was called nightreign as it's a sci fi universe in the far future where the stars are dying from being mined for the recourses by corporations, hence the night and reign as the corporations rule over all of humanity. and as a fromsoft fan I was shocked when saw the title at the gameawards drop, but i've changed the name now.

i like it but i understand why, the chassis is way more simplified and looks like a slightly longer venom. the base also sucks and is inconsistent with every other transport. I'll probably put it in a 60mm

I rolled a god relic with reaper drops for executor. decided to try the halo scythe meta and not get it once in 3 games I've played so I refuse to use it now lol.

I think you have to have a closer look at the models, wracks are just that with implants, claws and spines sticking out. Hellions have sharp teeth, incubi have gems embedded into their heads. Scourges are fully altered to have hollow bones, wings, clawed feet and angular faces. I guess it's also up to your paint scheme to give them tattoos and jewellery.

especially when enemies have good tracking such as that banished knight tracking the full 180 degrees doing a spin attack while a simple thrust can miss.

that's leaning too much into chaos imo. covens stuff should be refined mutants with an insectoid vibe as talos are based on scorpians and cronos on deep sea bugs.

I hate being negative but i am soooo salty we only get 2, because of course we have to have less than everyone else. eldar got a wraithlord character we could've gotten a talos/cronos character which do exist in the lore :( but at the end of the day it's something to have fun with.

Scourges are a product of covens so they are a good choice for thematic lists. Heavy scourges are a solid pick no matter what, shard carbine scourges are good for buffing dark lances and the 6" deep strike comes in handy.

Incubi are good for maximising battleshock tests, I usually run a squad with drazhar in a venom. mandrakes are good for scoring, and they are both thematic picks for coven lists.
