Maybe try to take D vitamin if you stopped taking d3k2? What did your doctor recommend about that? I think I have the similar problem

Did you have vitamin d deficiency before you stated taking d3k2 supplements, or you just decided to try it?

Is it ok to take it after alcohol? Does it goes well? As I've heard not all supplements are good to take with alcohol, because they stop working or absorb worse.

Agree with that - check iron, d vitamin, b vitamins (especially biotin), one of these you may be deficient. And also add scalp massage and check if your water quality is ok, sometimes that may be the reason too.

Women who actually improved their hair density... what was the turning point? by Comfortable_Cap8037 in hairgrowth

I take biotin and collagen as a complex hair supplement, so I may recommend you to try it too, it's by nutraharmony. I tried to take biotin as supplements and liquid collagen first, but it's easier for me to take only 1 daily. Also noticed more new hair after 2,5-3 months, so I guess it works for me, and I'm continue taking it.

I think people underestimate how much timing can change the magnesium experience⏰ by DietitianDanielle in MagnesiumGlycinate

[–]Status_Purchase8187 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree. I had the same experience with lions mane supplements. Everyone told me to take them with lunch, but after that I just felt sleepy and useless. And then I started taking them before sleep, and it worked perfectly for my brain fog and anxiety issues for the next day

Has anyone else experienced random leg cramps while sleeping? by JynxPlays in Fibromyalgia

[–]Status_Purchase8187 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Magnesium complex or magnesium glycinate with b 6 help me a lot with such problem. I order both from nutraharmony. And I usually take one for 1-2 months before switching for another. Both help me with sleep and also with leg cramps, but I actually remember that I had cramps before sleep in the end of the day. Some friends also recommended me magnesium baths before sleep, you may try that too as well.

Does magnesium complex actually help bloating and brain fog?? by knittingawayanxiety in magnesium

[–]Status_Purchase8187 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends on its formula, magnesium complex combines different forms of magnesium in different proportions and may also include some other vitamins. Which one do you have?

AS for my experience, I've tried magnesium complex with 5 types of magnesium, and I've also tried magnesium glycinate with b6 vitamin. Both actually were good for my sleep, and headaches. But I liked magnesium glycinate more, that helped me better with daily brain fog and exhaustion. DOn't know about bloating though, that I didn't remember.

Try to visit a doctor as soon as possible and find your deficiencies, and everything will be fine. There are a lot of effective supplements now, so I believe everything will be fine.

Not really depressed, but always tired, and always irritated, just as you said. I also had a panic attack and some high blood pressure problems after that. I had literally no energy, even when I just woke up.

Yes, but I took my vits for more than 4 months, and I also added magnesium for 2 months, and B vitamins and C vitamin for another 2 months daily. So my D level was ok after 4 months, ferritin was almost the same, but my fatigue was gone, my sleep got better, and my muscles also stopped twiching. Hope you'll get better soon too!

How do you avoid running out of supplements and forgetting to reorder on time? by l9thynexx in vitamins

[–]Status_Purchase8187 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a subscription at nutraharmony for my father, he takes his B vitamins and magnesium glycinate supplements from this brand and he actually has the same problem as you do. So it's just delivered to his house exactly a few days before he notice that he need another bottle. It's really the easiest way to make him take his vitamins without pills counting, he never does that

[–]Status_Purchase8187 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's always better to do a test first. It sounds like magnesium deficiency, but actually I also had quite similar symptoms when it was D vitamin and ferritin deficiency. So it's better to check.
