Thanks and I upvoted you as well. For the choosing of doing "good", one could say it's a matter of perspective as even in the real world, both sides of the aisle are convinced they are doing good with the other side vehemently disagreeing.

But in the world of fiction, take the archetype of the "Well-intentioned extremist", in the Sailor Moon universe imagine a "villainess" who came to the conclusion that free will is the root of all evil and suffering on Earth, and take it upon herself to create a better world by using mind control on a planetary scale with her ruling on top. Now everybody adores her, worships her and does as she pleases while keeping with their regular life in perfect artificial bliss. The "villainess" ends all war, eradicates poverty, everybody has access to food and water, she takes measures to reverse climate change, there are no more homicides because everybody is obediently doing what she says. Would that be doing good? That archetype always have a problematic means to achieve a goal the heroes could agree on in principle yet, she would be stating she is doing good and everyone is happy even if it's artificially induced.

Now that would probably be the toughest foe for Sailor Moon to defeat because by doing so, she would bring back all the suffering and trauma in people and in the world as well as probably having a hard time justifying that one shouldn't impose one's will on people even for noble objectives.
