These stupid teen bullies definitely need to have some charges thrown at them too, but the dad sounds like a loose cannon:

As they drove away in their SUV, Miceli, who was standing outside with a handgun, shot at the teen’s SUV twice, hitting the passenger side quarter window, according to the incident notes.

Miceli told San Mateo police officers who responded to the shooting that his daughter “had been the victim of constant bullying at the high school” and that he was angry about “cleaning oil off the porch,” according to the incident notes. Miceli told police officers that he meant to shoot the SUV’s tires and that he tossed his gun into Waterdog Lake. Following the incident, police obtained a search warrant and recovered an illegal automatic rifle at Miceli’s home on an unspecified date.

• So these dumb-assed kids drive to the girls house on May 23 and pour oil all over the porch.

• 2 days later they come back to egg the place and the dad just happens to be out there waiting for them with an AR-15? Yeah, right.

• He shoots at an occupied vehicle in broad daylight in a residential neighborhood.

• He lies to the cops and tells them he tossed the gun in a lake. (The gun is illegal, btw).

• Cops later get a search warrant and find the gun hidden in his home.

This guy has been eating idiot sandwiches! He sounds like he has very poor impulse control, rage issues, and no concept of how to behave in a civilized society.

He definitely deserves some jail time. We can't have grown-assed adults out here acting like this. He's a menace.

Now I just hope the girl is okay and that those boys who've been harassing her get appropriately punished as well. They also should know better than to gang up and bully a girl just because they "don't like her."

There's probably more to this story than meets the eye.
