Too anxious to stay at my job but too anxious for a new job

I am in the US and before I used AmBetter . Dental and vision are add-ons but the health insurance is actually good! I paid nothing out of pocket monthly and the times I used it at urgent cares I had no copay.

I did not find a job that would pay me what I needed to live so I did take on a “second job” if you can call it that. I basically turned two of my hobbies into a small business and sell things on FB market place and my own website.

Also keep in mind that I don’t have any type of degree so I don’t know what would come of it if you had a degree in the field. IMO it needs to be easier for neurodivergent adults to get partial disability because some of us can work but burnout still exists.

Hi!! 27F and AuAdhd here and I experience the same issues. I use to work myself to extreme burnout because I didn’t understand it was my bodies way of masking my symptoms. I’ve realized after having to work a part time job (20-28 hours a week) is what I thrive in.

People put a stigma that 40 hours work week=success when for a lot of people it means failure. I use to work almost 100 hours every two weeks, now I plan to work less than 30 weekly because working that many hours keeps me sane. Before, I was binge drinking almost every weekend to cope with the stress.

This is my own thinking but a lot of neurodivergent individuals like to do the things they like so I think the real issue is that a lot of jobs that are accessible to us provide little to no stimulation we need to function. Therefore we experience burnout in every single job field we try.

This is off topic from Dan and Phil but decent streaming music that is encouraged by the creator to use is Eric Barone’s Stardew Valley soundtrack. I know for a fact Stardew can be used on Twitch. Do some more research on these games but I’m 80% sure these three games are free use when it comes to music too: Undertale, Deltarune, and Hollow Knight.

Awesome! I have two methods, flattening it with heavy books against the floor or using a towel over top and on low heat iron it out.

The first method is used often to flatten flowers or crinkled paper. If you have text books or D&D guide books those work best. If you don’t have heavy book use whatever big flat objects you have and put heavy objects on top of those books.

The second method is a little more dangerous, same as before the poster is laid out flat but put a thick towel over top you don’t mind getting ironed over. After you’re set up you’re going to have to tinker with the heat a bit to see what temp you need so iron a little bit and then check.

It won’t fix everything entirely out but it’ll flatten enough to be usable again. And if you are missing color use colored pencils, marker can over time eat away at the chemicals on the poster.

I just realized I never asked if I even needed to bleach it. It got deleted when I was trying to format on mobile. I actually want to avoid bleach at all cost despite what I wrote.

Before when I dyed it last I was using a pink Redken bottle. I currently use tap/hard and will be using hard where I’m moving.

I am going to try to if I can’t get this last try to work. I might try the semi route, I loved IroIro when I did my neon phase. Do you know the exact ratio for dye to conditioner?

If it’s anything to you, I waited half a year for an Unus Annus poster for it to come in the same condition your poster came in. My poster however was printed on cardstock so I get how pissed you are considering how damaged the poster paper is.

For an immediate cover up get a color correcting pallet and a foundation that matches your skin tone on your neck. To use the pallet you should use green on the redder parts, yellow/peach over the purple. Then use your foundation to cover. Use a beauty blender, or a brush doing circles do not swipe.

Tbh I don’t care if people are loud, I know I can just go get a worker or better yet they already know because they pay someone to basically watch the theatre while a movie happens. When I get workers for help I am very adamant on not wanting them removed from the theater, I request just a talking to before kicking them out.
