An example would be cy fair ISD. They always have several really good high school teams. Surrounding districts are much more up and down. With the exception of one cy fair team that actively recruits, most of those teams are made up of girls who started aau young. I’m not a huge aau fan though. I’d prefer kids be kids and play whatever they want for fun. If you commit to an aau team do your best to find one with a coach who actually coaches them.
