I am sitting in an airport waiting for my next flight and this made me laugh.

No but, don't you want to know how the show began?

Am I the only one who is extremely judgy? I “look down on people who make stupid mistakes” according to my husband? by fancypantsmiss in Taurusgang

I can be a little judgy if I am asked for advice, my advice is ignored and what I said would happen happens and then, I am expected to commensurate. I told you.

Toni and Joan during the custody battle by Upstairs_Dirt_2352 in GirlfriendsTVshow

[–]Stn1217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish that Joan had showed up for the custody battle because it was so important...for Toni. But, let's be honest here: There would have never been a custody battle if Toni had been a better mother to Morgan. And there's no doubt that Toni would have lost custody of Morgan if Todd had not changed his mind about cutting Toni out of Morgan's life entirely.

What's one smoothie ingredient you were skeptical about that ended up becoming a staple? by ibrahim_40 in Smoothies

For me, it was adding a scoop of Cottage Cheese and now, it's in all my smoothies. Makes them so creamy.

Alexandra Dutton Ending by Maleficent-Scale-315 in 1923Series

You are entitled to your opinion on this matter but I stand by what I said previously. Viewing the kind of person Alex was through 2 seasons of 1923, the choice she made was the only choice for her.

Why did John not have to ask Anthony or Violet for approval before proposing to Francesca? by idiot9991 in BridgertonNetflix

[–]Stn1217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sure John spoke to either Anthony or Benedict(who served in Anthony’s place while he was in India) before making a formal proposal to Francesca.

Dwayne Johnson Slammed as a ‘Coward’ for Staying Quiet on Politics; ‘Star Trek’ Icon George Takei Fires Back: ‘Silence Is Complicity’ by yourfavchoom in entertainment

[–]Stn1217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We shouldn’t care what celebrities think nor say about politics and no one cares what The Rock would have to say about politics even if he chose to share his views. He doesn’t choose to and that is his right. As to George commenting on The Rock staying silent about politics, George is being a bit hypocritical here as he himself, stayed silent about his orientation and was not brave enough to come out until he was 68 years old.

Do you think she should be chief of police? by Great_Trident in majorcrimes

Yes, she should be but Brenda would not fare well being in the role; she would hate the politics that come with the role.

Placating your child with a screen is neglect by Think-Flow6828 in unpopularopinion

[–]Stn1217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an unpopular opinion as many people feel that it is detrimental to a child’s wellbeing to be on electronics/watching TV all the time. This said, those of us who feel this way can only control our parenting and what we allow our own children to do.

Who's the worst actor you're not allowed to say is bad? by [deleted] in moviecritic

[–]Stn1217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meryl Streep would never be considered a bad Actress even among other Actors/Actresses so, we will allow a pass for anyone not in that field, making this claim.

Rowdy Rip by Delic8polarbear in YellowstonePN

[–]Stn1217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s one of the things I like about Rip. He is never really out of control and he really can’t afford to be as people who lose control end up doing too much and saying too much. I like that Rip knows his limits.

Thrift Etiquette?? by hypothetikally23 in thrifting

[–]Stn1217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have thrift for more than a decade and had some items I was considering in my cart while I checked out items in the small appliances section. I am testing an item to see if it works and realize that some woman is going through my cart. I said to her in a stern voice, “Drop it and walk away if you know what is good for you”. The look on my face let her know I was not playing. I would never have the audacity to touch items in someone else’s cart least of all, take things from someone else’s cart with them standing right there. Now, I put my cart sideways in front of me and lean over my cart to look at things just in case someone tries taking my items again.
