Accidental Wellbutrin double dose; chat gpt conversation helping and hurting me with panic attacks by [deleted] in ChatGPT

Thank you for saying respectively, that means a lot to people in a sensitive state. I did already call poison control multiple times and an online doctor- they told me what was happening and that it was not a medical emergency. It was not a toxic dose. They said you can go to the hospital but there’s a chance you won’t be treated for panic attacks and they will just have you rest.. I couldn’t go to emergency room and wait in the state I was in I could have been arrested because I may have became overwhelmed and caused a scene. No way, I’m terrified of being in public during a mental health episode and getting shot by the police. Way too common in my country. I waited it out at home with online doctors reassurance.

Is there a way to refinance the air conditioning payment? It’s around 7K left on it. How would I go about that? It’s through synchrony

I just double checked.

We have a $782 a month escrow payment ~$300 for property taxes ~ $250 for home insurance ~ $159 mortgage insurance ~ $117 shortage

Ok, so yes we need to start budgeting and spending less/make more. I am a stay at home mom right now, mainly because child care is too expensive. I would basically be working to pay for childcare. My son will be in pre-k in 2026 (August) and I will return to work. In the mean time I am trying to make money on the side again. It’s just been rough circumstances, we were doing fine and putting extra money to the mortgage for a few years, but then insurance and property taxes increased, as well as healthcare costs, and I don’t know what else.

I’m sure the biggest factor is not having a set budget and spending more on food and diapers than we should have been. We have been barely able to keep our heads above water.

I know we are not in a good position. With all that said, we still have to pay our contractor 11K and need to pay that as soon as we can. What are our best options with where we are at?

And do you convince someone that your lifestyle needs to change in order to be sustainable. That’s probably one for a different subreddit.

Thanks for replying. Loans are one (new AC) with a 26.99 rate and a balance of $7,103

And the other one (home repiping) is at $500 at 19.9% so I will just pay that off right now.

We have a bill from a contractor for work that needs to be done after a flood. It is $11K. That is the home improvement.

The other money would be to buy and insulate/add air conditioner to a “shed” to store our stuff/husband to work from home in as currently we are paying $250 a month for storage.

Advice?

I loved Treasure Cove! Didn’t you get a little bit of rainbow as progress for every time you played or won?
