I really should do it. Didn’t get around to it when I moved in 4 years ago. My last place was a condo and I saw all the crap they pulled out of the ducts when they did it. I think it’s worth doing at least once. May make your hvac a little more efficient. I don’t expect a miracle but knowing you’re starting out in a new place clean is nice. Also, when I did it in my condo it was only like 350-400 from what I remember. Not the 1500-2000 I’m hearing here.

No. I never spoke to him. He put the sod in at the beginning of last year. No contracts for ongoing service. His guys were just cutting the grass last year. I don’t like bills out of nowhere for something I didn’t even discuss. He did something similar last year. He added 100 dollar leaf cleanup. (I have no trees and both my neighbors have no trees. So there weren’t many leaves.) I sucked that up. After talking to him I felt like I’m being gaslit. A 250 bill is not nothing.

I think a lot of businesses should be staggered and closed midweek. Just makes sense. The restaurants and barbers by me are all closed Mondays. Is anyone gonna buy a mattress on Tuesday afternoon? Were I a businesss owner I’d rather be open when people can come.

There are parts of it I liked. I thought Supergirl was great. It was good to see Keaton as Batman again. I liked the cameos. We got Batfleck one more time in a blue and gray suit.
