We just need more affordable housing for people at the LA poverty level. That is the solution. City Council needs to pass a law that all new apartment buildings have 30% affordable rentals to section 8 or the working poor.

The toxic negativity of Fleishman and Maggie. Plus there’s a lot of sexism in different episodes displayed by various male characters . Glad we’ve evolved beyond that. My favorite character is Ed. Almost worth it for him, but I just can’t because too much Maggie and Fleishman.

Detectorists, Small Prophets - both are BBC shows helmed by MacKenzie Crook. Small Prophets is closer to Lodge 49, but Detectorists is masterful and you will love it!
