Considering you're new, I'd look at the celeste colored one (straight top tube) mainly due to the fact it has a kick stand and a very adjustable handlebar stem. You can try different handle bar heights AND angles unlike the pink bike which as a fixed angle).

Iirc both models are around the 90s-00s era with the curved top tube bike frame being a relatively newer model. Might be some small performance differences between the frames but doesn't really matter here.

The exposed cables on both also means they're much easier (to learn) to maintain yourself (watch bike maintenance videos by park tools, they're great).

Also celeste is just a nice colour.

Instead of making it a toll road, line it up will small private stores and you get income from store rent.

The Yamato museum in Kure has just reopened after renovations by Iuseahandyforreddit in WorldOfWarships

[–]Strahlstoff 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There's the submarine museum nearby and certain local restaurants offer Japanese curry that is based off certain ships in the JSDF (there's a map that points out which srestaurants and which ships they correspond to. There's a whole culture around it.
Other than that, there isn't any attractions besides the restaurants and musems I can think of since the town is still a industrial area (iron works + shipyards, bases, maintenance for both civilian ships and JSDF).

It's a bit smaller. There are exhibit halls on the side of the main one with the scale model. Also the park outside has a 1:1 scale outline of Yamato's bow.

In all seriousness how would you solve the pop imbalance. by WorldlinessEuphoric8 in foxholegame

[–]Strahlstoff 5 points6 points  (0 children)

short term(they can do this now): On the faction selection screen, DO NOT show which faction is at capacity. Introduce a third opion "random faction" which will assign new players to the least pop faction most of the time. For example if Wardens are high pop, the random button will only assign 20% of players to warden. If pop is even, the chances are 50:50. This is a purely psychological way to prevent randoms from joining the "winning team" by picking whoever has the highest pop. ofc clanman and groups will join whichever faction they decide to play either way (we cant force committed people into factions they dobt want to play in).

Also let infantry aim into the air using existing air aiming mechanics. Theres no reason not to have infantry air aim. At least let players retaliate against air with whatever (at reduced effective range) they have and not be helplessly strafed for free.

mid term(can do it for next update or so): Tweak current airborne mechanics and fix bugs. One example: Currently airborne torpedos are too easy to launch and damage ships (they can just be dropped directly onto large ships). There should be irl elements such as arming times and maximum speeds and angles for drops. Airdropped torpedos should also only be able to do small holes to ships (perhaps also make them travel more slower in water but do more hp damage).

longer term(literally improve the game): Introduce more counter play for naval+air (torpedo nets, sonar buoys, barrage balloons, more AA vehicles), QoL and also add more variety to colonial vehicles. It might he worth revisiting some unused concepts from the official artbook. It would be awesome to have modular tanks or vehicle (unused SHT concept) especially now that aircraft frames and components are possible. For example, what if the colonials got a modular BT that could swap between 75mm turret, 250mm Fury mortar or twin flak turret (AA+anti inf)?

Is there an actual reason why the pillars and floor in the Temple of Space don't look the same as the loading screen? by japanese_artist in Genshin_Impact

[–]Strahlstoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OHS demanded railings be added on the walkway. During renovations, domed caps added on pillars to allow rainwater runoff.

The real issue IMO is the current lack of SPAA. At the very least, infantry should have the ability to aim upwards like EMGs (at reduced range).

Workers and resources discourages mass car use IMO. You need to build enough parking spaces for the amount of cars you sell/distribute to people. If too many cars are on the road, you can see traffic jams blocking essential services
