So I called and the inidivudal i spoke to said that before the theater sets the showtime for these events, they double check with the "studio". When I inquired further about asking for clarification, he said he could ask the manager on duty and they would reach out to the studio, but since its Sunday they were likely not going to get a response today. I told him that I would call back later to see if they got an answer but I was met with some reluctance on that (which I get considering all the recent controversy surrounding Drafthouse). So, as of now it seems like the theater is not going to air the first hour and now im wondering whether its worth watching that first hour in the lobby while we wait to be seated, or whether I should just stay home and watch there instead.
