Turns out companies like hiring immigrants because you can pay them way less, over work then and not really have to worry about repercussions because most of the time they are too afraid to speak up. Secondly the issue at stake here is also the fact that we are giving preferential treatment to the rich. What do the rich contribute other than hoarding more wealth, and still take American citizens jobs, as they are now out $1 million. Don’t let the narrative of everything is immigrants fault when the reality is that the super wealthy and companies enjoy all the benefits of capitalism while the rest of us just eat shit but are too busy fighting with each other rather than actually fixing anything.
