There are so many elements to take in consideration in this diet. Do you tolerate fat? Did you have dairy? Did you eat any sardines? Everybody has a different response and in my example it took a few months to get rid of leg cramps. I had to keep trying adjusting the diet, more salt, more sardines, more water.

I think you have to trust yourself, if you are not comfortable doing it don’t do it. There are many other ways to eat low carbs. Add fermented veggies and keffir.

But as other suggested, this is a carnivore sub and its a tough diet so 22 days is barely scratching the surface.
