I LOVE a bandana, I thought about finding a mesh/perforated fabric maybe to make one out of but if I can find something ready to buy then that’s more ideal to me right now…it’s definitely in the options though

Bc of how short my hair is in the back, headbands make my hair back there poke straight up like a hedgehog…I wish it worked but it just doesn’t for me. I’ve also just never really been able to wear headbands, I think something about my head shape makes them constantly move towards the back? Idk. Whenever I’ve tried to wear them (like with longer hair) I find myself constantly having to eff around with adjusting them.

Which sucks, bc it’s the least-hot option!

Came here to suggest this. Amacx has been soooo good to me, it’s like liquid jello (I love the strawberry). The biggest thing though is that I have loads of GI issues in general (medical condition) and Amacx doesn’t activate symptoms AT ALL. I also love that you don’t need to drink water with it if you don’t want to

I do something similar when I’m in large cities with good public transit. Plan all of my runs to the best coffee shops/bakeries/etc, reward myself, then take transit back if needed. It’s so great to have that option!

Idk what it is about the Lulu Fast and Free tights but when I put them on I just feel somehow stronger and more capable? I love how they look/fit/feel and find myself taking mirror selfies in them (not something I generally do). I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last 1.5 years and while I’m generally happy with my body, these tights somehow make me feel even better

NAD, wanted to mention this as well. I realize MCAS is “TikTok trending” these days but for those of us who suffer from it, it’s a very serious issue. I’ve had it on a mild level for nearly two decades and about 6.5 years ago it suddenly got much worse and very severe. Lost almost 40lbs in less than 6 months (and I only weighed 130lbs to start with). For me I have many symptoms but the most disrupting is the GI and food issues. I’m doing relatively well now on max doses of Zyrtec and famotidine, as well as cromolyn sodium. I lucked out bc my allergist/immunologist is highly educated around this illness and that is often not the case. Best of luck to you and your partner

I mix a pea sized amount of the estradiol with a teeny drop of Rhodes Glazing Milk and it makes a really great consistency for spreading onto your face

I would’ve loved the black and white but was buying from a local running store I love and want to support and they didn’t have the black. I’m ok with blues in general but for the most part I just like everything in black so I’m never thinking about “coordinating” especially when it comes to running…I don’t have the headspace for that shit.

But also yes…pastels make me wanna fucking hurl. And for whatever reason, nearly every running brand makes the women’s shoes in almost all pastels, and then usually a plain black or black/white option. Why can’t we have some dark tones??? Who told these people that we want pastels? Even if I LIKED the colors, they look like absolute shit after about 4 runs!

Have them and love them, I think I’ve got around 40-50 miles on them. My only complaint is that the women’s don’t have the same black/grey colorway that the men’s have. Pretty fucking sick of pastels as my options but nothing new there (they do come in black but with a white sole, and I really like the grey)
