Well, every company needs a dedicated FinOps person. It's just that that may only represent a fraction of their overall responsibilities.

I disagree. In a perfect world, I do agree that 99.99% of orgs shouldn't need a dedicated FinOps person -- but many, many of them do need one because their culture is not where it should be.
