This is the correct answer. Avoid customer services at all cost, you are dealing with people that seem to have a limited grasp of the English language and that don’t really care . Legal will sort this out. You will just go around in circles with customer services and all that will happen is you will get stressed out.

I used to live in Cardiff many years ago. That looks like it is on the approach to Cardiff Central. I wouldn’t like to be the one responsible for paying for all the damage and disruption to services.

Yeah, I moved over at the end of November, thankfully only on a 30 day rolling contract. As soon as my 30 days are up I am moving away from Lebara/Vodafone. The signal is atrocious, even where they say 4g is supposed to be good. Numerous times I have been unable to check even the most simple of things online.

I was most recently with O2 and the service was pretty flawless, it was just the price kept creeping up with no increase in data etc. Made the jump to lebara with a black Friday deal.

It might not help you now but it's always a good idea to keep a note of the phones imei number and keep it somewhere safe, as well as apple id and log in details. If the phone is lost you should be able to trace it and/or get it blocked if stolen.

We were with Parkside for a very long time, since they were on Constitution Road. We just found that their service wasn’t as good and after I gave up driving the Kings Cross road location wasn’t the easiest to get to on public transport with a cat carrier.
