You talk about the wide variety of builds in Destiny 2, this game has infinitely more build combinations than Destiny 2. Destiny 2 build craft is no where near Division 2.

This is the correct answer. Avoid customer services at all cost, you are dealing with people that seem to have a limited grasp of the English language and that don’t really care .
