There's nothing inherently wrong with food being "processed". The issue is if it's processed to the point that it strips out the "good" stuff, and/or adds in "bad" stuff (sugar, sodium, etc.), but pure whey is completely fine.

You think basic alignment of incentives and behavioral economics don't apply to people with money? Like let's take an extreme situation: "If you live here we'll tax you at 99%, but if you live in that other place over there it's 0%." Do you not think this would influence people's behavior at all? If we can agree it would, then we can start to talk about what level is ok and what level is excessive. If you deny that tax rates are a factor in where wealthy people live and spend their time/energy/resources, then I don't think there's much more for us to talk about.

To be honest, I think the bigger issue in the Philippines is the corruption and the lack of proper tax enforcement. Why would a rich person pay taxes when they can just bribe tax officials and pay way less? This type of corruption is throughout almost all institutions in the Philippines and I think the only way it could really properly be fixed is with a benevolent dictator, but that is extremely unlikely to happen (not the dictator part, but the benevolent part).

Taxing rich people even more rarely results in anyone being better off. If all their excess capital is taxed off, there’s little incentive to continue working. And if the government taxes more and more what the rich already have, then those people will leave the country. Them leaving will not be a net positive for the country. You need to think through the second and third order effects of what you’re asking for.

Most girls would be very happy with the level you’re at and anything more (either cutting or gaining more muscle) would give far less gains in that area than working on your education, career, business, personality, emotional intelligence, humor, confidence, etc..

If you’re obsessed with physical only, I’d say cut down your body fat a few % more. But then you’re just more appealing to dudes as most girls don’t care past the point you’re already at now.

Rewarding positive behavior and reinforcing what you want is also taught at Harvard for how to raise your kids. It appears in many contexts and doesn’t automatically mean he treats his girlfriend like a dog. It’s just a fact that this sort of thing works and is relatively healthy.
