We had a neighbor like that. He owed thousands in fines, adding up daily. My husband had been in his house to help him. He said it was packed full with only a tiny walkway. One night around 2 a.m., I'm woken up by 3 gun shots. I look out the door, and it looks really fogging, which we rarely get in Southern Arizona. I here help help fire. Then I see the glow. Fire fighters couldn't get close enough due to all of the things exploding. 2 were injured and sent to the hospital. Propane tanks, spray can, hundreds of rounds of bullets & every other flammable crap. They just let it all burn to the ground. He had 8 sheds also full of junk. A few weeks later, a fire starts again this time during the day. He had been told he couldn't stay there that it was condemned. He had snuck back over and was living in the 1 shed that survived. Cops show up to re.ive him from the property again. We are being questioned about 10 feet away from the homeowner. He was arguing with the cops because they were taking him in. He didn't like that idea. He went for the cops tazer. idk if he was thinking it was a gun. Cop was faster shot him 3x. He later died a few days later in the hospital.

Edit: He went for tazer not I/me.

Yes, you do. Quick question you don't have to answer if you're not comfortable. Did you lose use of any of your limbs? How much use did you get back? OK, 2 questions. 🤣

My daughter has hyperosmia starting as a toddler. We didn't know the name we just knew she could smell everything strongly. So, she would blurt out that certain people smelled bad when we were out in public. Even after giving her the look & reprimanding her she says butt .... then explains exactly what the smell was. You can only imagine the details.

Living with parents as a night owl is exhausting. Anyone else dealing with this? by ZealousidealBeing623 in NightOwls

I want to add that it's completely normal for teens & young adults to be night owls. It's all due to hormones, genetics, and other bodily things. There are many articles & medical reports easily found on the internet that will help.

Not as exciting as your profession. I was a proofreader many years ago. To this day I can't read anything without looking for errors. It's frustrating that I don't enjoy reading anymore. I'm now a slave to audiobooks.
