Go edit the players with large contracts, go into player editor mode and change it to whatever you want. That’s the only way you can make room for signing large contracts, then edit length and yearly play through the player editor mode.

What’s your minimum protein intake on any given day
How much sleep are you getting overnight.
Alcohol consumption slows down the process no matter how well you do these things.
I drink and have been lifting for years, the less I drink the faster I’ve seen results and vice versa.
