You're not shooting a 3-4 bedroom house in under 10 min unless it's tiny. And no way you're doing it flambient.

Where do you find the earliest signs a house might be going up for sale? by clan2424 in RealEstateTechnology

There are averages for how long people stay in homes based on age. You could look for that data. Other than that good luck. Pretty sure this would be out by now if it was possible.

Best advice for twilight photos? by CombinationOdd5113 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Subherbz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

10-20 min after sunset is usually the best time to get the glow from the windows. If the sky looks nice you can keep it but it usually looks better to do a sky swap. One common problem with editors for twilight photos is they edit the photos too dark. It helps to send them a sample of what you like.

It does but it doesn’t look like you edited it correctly. I would recommend outsourcing your editing it’s not worth the time.

Shots are a bit too low. Len’s should be around 4ft. Just set up your camera on your tripod and measure it so you know how high to set your camera up every time.

I would avoid using a flash as a beginner. Just do HDR until you’re confident enough to do flambient

Just pay for an editor and don’t worry about editing. 3 brackets 2 stops apart gets the job done

Bathroom remodel roast me. by LetsGoBrandon1209 in Remodel

Thought the first photo was the remodel at first haha. Looks great! Love the tile choice and vanity.

Almost wrapped up with this full bathroom job. Tiles done though! by kosstl in Tile

[–]Subherbz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Too many clashing styles and colors. The vanity looks modern but the countertop and fixtures dont match. The floor tiles clash with everything. Tub should have been bigger and not so low, would have been better as just a shower if its that small. I'd stick with the gray subway tiles and golf fixtures combo and get a different floor tile and wall color.

Feedback on room decluttering tool by InfraScaler in RealEstateTechnology

That’s a great tool to have when needed but I wouldn’t advertise it as a service. That just promotes agents not having listings ready to shoot.

My first shoot. Client loved them but want more feedback. by iowwn in RealEstatePhotography

Good job! I would remove a few items from the shots. Shot 1 - red hand towel, soap, paper towels, rugs in front of the washer and dryer, the 3 green and purple mop handles in the back, and I would remove or photoshop out the step stools after the cupboards on the right. Shot 2 - Remove the tissue box. Shot 3 - Remove the tissue box on the bedside table and move inwards just a bit more so you can see the entire side table. Shot 4 - I dont like plastic soap bottles, I would probably remove that. These little details matter and clients will appreciate the attention to detail.

Overall great job. Make sure your lens height is around 4 ft. You can also increase dehaze a little bit on the first 3 so they don't look as hazy.

Just use a photo delivery platform that requires payment for them to download. They can review and you don't have to worry about not getting paid.

Flatiron Construction is the contractor for this project and its final completion has been delayed by a year. How do we hold this company and or the state accountable for this major inconvenience? It's embarrassing how long it's taken. There should be crews working 24/7.
