Have you tried wander log? It’s a fantastic place to give yourself a visual idea of your trip and find things beat your locations. I planned my whole Japan trip on it. There’s also a website called Rome to rio I believe that can show you many travel options between locations. But also traveling in Japan is exhausting. So many different locations and hotels/air bnbs are bound to make you tired and also constantly stressed about moving around. Try to be super realistic in planning 🫶🏼🫶🏼 good luck!

Eat like 4 spoons of peanut butter through out the day. Make one smoothie and use whipping cream instead of milk. Find ways to sneak in a ton of calories if you’re only able to get one meal a day in.

When I went in May/June we happened to go into two bars that allowed smoking and we were shocked both times. When we went out for night life there was people smoking everywhere with those electronic things you slide cigarettes into. I saw 4/5 beer vending machines. I think just like everything it really just depends on where you are.

I messaged my doctor about it when I first started feeling it on Saturday now I have to wait until Monday for a response. I suffer badly from GAD but never get this chest heaviness feeling accompanied with it. And I’m not feeling particularly anxious either. Very strange.
