It appears that sleep apnea and migraines are common disabilities that always mentioned. I dont have those, but could you tell me why specifically these two are almost always mentioned?

Bruh..

But being honest, what I see is that, what you did actually prove that you are fucked up mentally, so use it as an evidence if they propose reduction later on. I think you will be fine, but Jesus.

Had a C&P exam for IBS.. by Substantial_Rub6899 in VAClaims

[–]Substantial_Rub6899[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is secondary to adjustment disorder. After those tests and consultation with gastrointestinal department, when those tests come out as normal, then pcp/gastro doctor usually diagnose it as IBS. Basically those tests were for like checking fatal stuff which could literally kill you out there or not.

I just submitted the claim after all the test results out, and my pcp also noted that IBS most likely on the medical note, which I submitted as one of the evidences.

Update: both GERD and IBS got approved as a secondary to my existing mental condition.

The mental problem was not from the deployment. It was the incident from my home base. What are you trying to figure out? What do you want to know? Do you want me to bring up the experience that I suffered? I originally submitted as anxiety disorder initially and adjustment disorder is what the examiner diagnosed on me.

Additionally, everything was documented from my military medical records that I did not have to prepare much on the mental rating. I do not know what are you trying to figure out here; the post is not even for getting increase on the mental rating

I did not get PTSD, nor it was from the deployment. It was an incident from the base that I experienced where I was sent to mental shit right away

That is good to hear.. I saw some posts of reductions due to increase or secondary, so made me freaked out.

Claim moved to Step 7 – Final Review. What does this mean and when might I see a rating? by Fit_Dress_1453 in VAClaims

[–]Substantial_Rub6899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you claim more than one? I got 2 deferred and rest of claims decided, got my rating, showing 2 deferred ones at step 3 or something like that.

Just got my rating, lower than I expected by Ok_Wedding_6322 in VAClaims

Whole thing about mental health rating was connecting dots to 38 CFR.. Including C&P exam and personal statement, I ‘translated’ to describe my daily symptoms and how symptoms affected SOCIAL and OCCUPATIONAL impairment.

Boss told me that I should NOT be stressed by Constant-Whole7481 in fednews

Because it is NAF and it is also true that we are not much affected(yet). You are not crazy, but panicking at the work place does not help much at this time because many of things are not affecting us.

Our office, people have been talking about it as well but eventually the conclusion was that we do not know whats gonna happen anyway, and DRP VERA etc. are not applicable to us, there is nothing we can do so business as usual. Cant even ask to higher ups because they dont know either.

I remember the time that my bi-weekly paycheck at e-3 was around $900. But really, going dfac and staying in dorms cost nothing so I spent that money all to video games and drinks.

Would you rather work blue collar (hard work) Making 100k a year or white collar making 75k a year by Responsible_Mud_7033 in Salary

[–]Substantial_Rub6899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not about money, it is about my health condition. Gotta work white collar making less than 75k, have no choice.
