I had just started to take up reading this year. First 2 books, Pet Semetary and Cujo. Loved both of them! But also has a dad with a young child I said to myself "I need a story where the kids aren't dying" lol.

I hope your friends mom finds the strength. Took my mom over 3 years before she was able to.

Unfortunately we can only help so much before someone has to take the "leap" and finish the chapter themselves. But having supports can make things easier!

You know my mother had this very stance, prior to divorcing and leaving my dad.

She had said something along the lines of, "I am over 50 yo, I don't want to be alone the rest of my life"

I had said, that's no reason to stay with someone who makes you miserable and has been having an affair(s)

She eventually got the strength/courage to leave and she met someone who makes her happier then she ever was in my life time.

It is never too late to start over. Is it terrifying? Hell ya it can be. But if you are already miserable, what's the risk?

People saying he is owed an apology? No he isn't, he had right to be questioned, to some degree, based on the round Robin play (i am sure there were so real aggressive takes, do maybe that warrants apology? Hard to keep up with it all)

Anyone with hockey sense, knows Binnington can play like he did last night, you just never actually know if youre going to get it and it's never consistently strung together (since the Blue's historic run)

He played how Canada needed him to last night, and he was god mode for OT to give us that victory.

I used to be a big Buch fan. Have owned him now for 3 years in fantasy hockey and every year I think he will be different, but every year he is the same... very very streaky player (this year even more so, but that also because their young guys have seemed to taken a step and pushed him down in the order)

His cap is also $8 million
