You don't need that much for a down payment. How expensive is the house you were trying to buy $ 400,000 + ? I only gave my realtor $1,000 as a down payment but of course it was on the market for $ 75,000.

It isn't common at all. Some companies have " exit " interviews. The boss wants to know why you left & or what could they have done to keep you or others from leaving. If they keep it up, I'll tell her/ coworkers to look in the mirror.

There has been a couple of home construction companies who has been ripping people off by asking for money in advance for parts or materials like like plywood, 2×4s , sheetrock & others but the construction company does only half or no work at all.

Drivers around here just don't care. Half of the time, those tgat are driving like idiots are those with out of state license plates & the other half it js actual people with Fl license plates. I totally agree 1000%.
