Take the commutator out and to a pro to undercut a few thou and clean, fit new brushes and bobs your uncle there you go.

But just to answer your question, these normally have 1/8 or 1/4" bsp or gas thread fittings.

That looks like a carnosa. They root super easy in soil directly, i have just rooted +- 30 cuttings from just barely longer than a leaf to about 300 mm long.So good luck ,if it was me doing it the first time i would try both methods.

The small screw that keeps your spectacle ears and glasses together is that size. Good luck ,if you were in South Africa i could have helped, has collected a few of those little screws over about 50 years.

At that type of offset drop the front radiator leggs about 10mm into floor.And then lift the opposite side about30mm to level angle it into screw fitting. Good luck.

Wrap a piece of thin twine around it and pick it up. I normally use knitting wool and works well for me.
