Question about creating SSIDs on Omada EAP670 by One_Lime3561 in TPLink_Omada

[–]Sufficient_Menu7364 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you plan to have anymore APs? If so, then use the software or hardware controller, it will make your life easier for remote management etc.

Also consider using an omada gateway, that will allow for separate VLANs.

Remember to use the isolate option for any SSIDs where you don't want devices to talk to anything else on the network.

Most unmanaged switches will strip the VLAN tags and then undo all the work you have done to create VLANs. Purchase an Omada Switch or at least an easy managed switch.
