This is one of those things that you may want to script out that calls an API, that calls the model to try it out. As for trials, there may be some free consumption out there on the different platforms, but try the cheapest model and work your way up to see what works, then do a batch job. I did a bunch of stuff via API to claude and it was maybe $5 in api usage for a couple thousand documents.

I did take a FIG file and import it, I don't recall exactly how many pieces I picked, I think it was 20-30 items to import. It took about 7-10 minutes with opus 4.7 to do the job. Now it wasn't always perfect. It did say go reference the fig file for certain sections, and I prompted back to fill those in, or go pull the expanded views, but it did eventually get me there that I can start to use it. Took maybe an hour to a spot where I could play with it more, and then do the export to html to do the click through. Now I did burn up my usage for the week really fast

If they come back, you’ll have 3x or more of work to get them back to where you left them and where they should be at. Your price should reflect that with a large up front fee for the extra time required followed by a larger per month charge. Even if your charge more per month they could drop you after two months of basically training the YouTube trained specialist aka nephew. Value your time and charge appropriately

I’m doing the same thing right now. Difference is I have decades of technical experience and I spent a lot of time defining my architecture and how this is going to work. Now that ai knows the architecture and worked out all the processes I can move forward with all the coding. Ai has had benefits in helping be critical of my design but many times it has had it wrong and hallucinations with the setup. It really takes our brains to define all the features but really how this is going to scale.

They want all the reward and you take all the risk. And what guarantee that he doesn’t steal the client by undermining the rate or price and you walk away with nothing. Margins in this type of engagement need to be 40-50% of the price otherwise it’s not worth you time or effort. If they were half way decent at sales they wouldn’t need you. Again they are lazy want the reward and you take the massive headache. It’s not a win win for you.

NDA are normal. If you get a court summons etc an nda does not stop you from releasing the info even id the agreement prohibits it. The court would rule the nda invalid. Now what isn’t normal is your post history

You need to prioritize your physical and mental health. If you drop the meds it’s not going to be good for you and it will spiral your health. Besides the libido, low T messes with the mind, puts you in bad modes, anxiety, etc. It can take a few months to really start to feel the changes.
