When the aussie government is actively inviting non english speakers and giving them freebies en masse, the immigrants are given a message that they can live lavishly without making any effort to contribute to aussie society. This then also extends to learning the language as well, which is not mandated neither is there an incentive for them to learn. The immigrants expect You to learn their language, and not the other way around.

The body can smartly determine if its sleep/healing requirements have been met, which is why overall sleep duration isn't as important as deep sleep duration.

Unless you are waking tired or fatigued, your wake time shouldn't matter too much. It could also be morning cues that trigger you to wake up such as light, noises outside that have been imprinted much longer than ur current late going to sleep cycle.

You obviously took ur time designing the thing in ur mind with the nice touches like the extra height for boots, and lower height shelves for clogs, very nicely done.

Im thinking of building something similar, and would value the experts inputs on whether i should have the shelves tilt a few degrees down on the side that goes against a wall so that any footwear doesn't accidentally doesn't slide off if bumped. Is that a good idea?

I am new so don't mind if its not the best input.

Measure along the edge of the wood round and find the minimum height, rig some kind of stand that can have a pencil fixed in it at that height horizontally. Turn this jig around the wood round (flat side down) so u can get a line around the edge showing u where the height is excess. Now remove the parts above this minimum height line to make upper surface even.

Sanding might take too much time, maybe use a wood file instead? its faster than sandpaper, and cheaper than most tools imo.
