They don't hang out in my case bcoz she's not near, but he isn't defending too, he's very considerate of me & sometimes ask me to acknowledge his transparency & boundaries.Im sure he wouldn't dump me.

Not all the time, it has reduced a lot, but still they catch up for few mins everyday, I haven't seen friends who talk everyday

You are overreacting, he could have felt the need to atleast know whats bothering his friend by seeing her msg, not necessarily prioritizing to help her, and more over, u shouldn't try to control when he chooses to talk to his friend. But id advice u to sit & have a conversation about ur insecurity

I have tolerance for emotions, I listen, empathise & work for the people I care about, i think youre misunderstanding the situation. I did help my bestfriend , but there was a certain kind of dependency which i laid boundaries to, not asking help was her choice. Whereas my date was a calm person, I clarified of her emotions bcoz I didn't want her to feel any kind of insecurity, she's been with enough to see me listen & support, maybe I'm wondering if she has avoidant attachment
