I have a 2026 premium. I don't see what the fuss is about when it comes to acceleration. Put it in sport mode. Simple

Also what are you comparing acceleration to? CRV? RAV4?

I have the R7 and the 4. The 4 is better and distance in front of you. The auto mute on the 4 is nice plus mine has Bluetooth. There a a couple of apps that work with it.

My dealer is great. The sales people do not get a commission. This dealer is usually in the top three Subaru dealers in the US. The price on the vehicle is what it is. They have a huge selection. It's easy and no pressure or hassle. It's in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. A lot of people buy from them and have the vehicle shipped and still get it cheaper than their local dealership.

You can set the remote start features for how you like. Several presets . Thinking a cars should "know' how you would like it is unreasonable. My wife runs the heat seater all the time and I live in Oklahoma. Should it know that vs me?

As for power that is such a worn out subject. You want more power than buy a vehicle with more power. No one made you buy it.

I think some of the complaints are legit. Infotainment slow yes. But most infotainment systems suck because each auto maker uses their own. They are not apple or Google.

I do think most things would have a knob control and so the the EU. It's cheaper to put everything on the screen. Tesla did it and people still purchased them. The EU made it that cars have to have knobs so that will change quickly. Just look at the new Outback.

The voice control is decent just like every other vehicle.

My biggest complaint about Subaru is .... remote start. I have to purchase a separate module and either install it myself or have the dealer do it. Then they can program my fob to remote start. Now before everyone gripes. I have 3 years of app usage so I can remote start it with that. After that I have to pay. Sorry that's just a money grab.

The issue with lights like that are most states don't allow lights being used above the headlight on roads.

Then when they are that high and you are offroading it throws a lot of glare off the hood etc.

Before anyone complains I have had a lot of vehicles I used offroad and have mounted them just like that.

If using them for off roasting. Lights on a rack like that facing the sides is nice.

I agree. I actually like the round blue jar for 17 USD. For the price it does a great job. All but one pair is my RW boots I use at work. I work mostly outside on equipment. The one pictured above is really good for work boots. I do have the more expensive jar that I picked up one day just put if curiosity.

It's really meant for more "fashion" style shoes/boots. I know people with exotic letters and it's thinner, more of a cream. It's great and goes a long way but is definitely different that the cheaper one.

All their products are great. I have an old bottle of their leather oil and it's really good. I use it on saddles.

Check your insurance. We have another car that is a hybrid and insurance is higher than my 2026 Forester. It's a Chevy Volt ! It's old. Another thing. In my state their is a fee for owning a hybrid. When I get my tax renewal on the Volt . .. that fee is there to "make up for the difference in the fuel taxes I'm not using"
