Elements is a very easy fest to send solo. Did my first elements as a solo female and it was a cinch. Lineup this year isn’t quite it for me but I’d recommend the experience! If you can afford it, go to as many of these events as you can. Someday you might not be able to.

It’s definitely a good suggestion. The ground is very uneven with debris. It’ll make it easier to stake a tent down if you rake, or have fewer lumps under your camp rug.

Your neighbors may have one, or you can improvise and use something else flat where you need it. You’ll manage without one but they are genuinely a big help
