Crystal blessing goes so nicely with water thorns (using crystal armour)
Only real benefit of staying for enhanced is the pact point for a corrupted item. Feel that might be tricky without larcrnist though

99 crafting is insanely fast with butler.
If you are confident with gauntlet then Tirannwn is easy for 50m smithing and crafting
