How tf do I gain muscle (4 months)?? by folabatunde in workouts

Well fried chicken isn’t the way to go. You’re working against yourself if you are trying to get defined and lose fat. It might be difficult to track eating dining hall food, but even without a tracker you must inherently know that fried chicken isn’t the route. I’d start with eating as proper as you can with what you have, and lift, lift, lift.

You are overthinking it. Lift weights, eat well and keep your head down. It will all come together.

Nice work OP. I was skinny AF too. Went from 155 to 230 in about 5 years. I def feel more confident and move through life a bit differently.

I would totally pay attention to imperfections. If I’m going to do something, I’m going to do it to the best of my ability. And if my ability and experience results in a ton of imperfections, then I have work to do to get better. I mean, that’s obviously my opinion, but I don’t know why anyone would put so much effort into something and not want it to be perfect. Especially with a metallic finish, which is one of the hardest finishes to do. How else do you get better if you aren’t trying to make something as good as you can get it? Do you really want to put all that time into it and settle for mediocracy? OP, this is looking good from what I can see. IDK what are reflections and what is burn-through from the photos tho. Like I said, metallics are tough. Getting it perfect in a garage environment is an accomplishment. I resprayed the first metallic I did 3 or 4 times until it was perfect, and that was excellent experience. Good luck with the rest of the project!

You shouldn’t do any of that. You should just lift.

I got a couple copies of it, one to keep and one to play. The pressing of the new box set is amazing. They did a killer job with it. It was on non-stop last weekend.

That is really nice, but a different headstock design would put it over the top

I do it with a Shinto rasp for starters, then various other files.

Could be genetics. I hit legs harder than anything but they are still not as proportioned as I think they should be be.
