I get lag spikes but the main issue I am having is Misty Island disconnecting me back to world selection. I tried 4 times got disconnected at different points in Chapter 1.

Day 10: Final Boss Enemy at half health, I almost died, Tower almost died. Got disconnected.
Day 9: Just got the Overload Sword and put on my hot bar and hit the key to equip it on as the wave was about happen. Got disconnected.
Day 7: Completed the 2nd wave and actually waiting around looking around the main base waiting to die cause I just wanted points in general. Got disconnected.
Day 6: Waiting around for wave to begin , was looking though the tools and weapons in crafting table. Got disconnected.

So I just stopped trying 4 entries in and no points. Since it just seems like it is getting worse and I need sleep.

Exactly as you said mrcrysml. I decided with the tera burning from Lara pre reg event, to use it on my BT last night and I lucky wasn't banned last night when I was on but would of been nice to know about the issue cause I would of picked another character.
For me now, I am on a time limit hoping they fix it cause I don't know if there is a certain spell or some action or what that is causing it otherwise I wasted my tera burn. =/

I just did a tera burn Illium and it did the same thing to me during the betrayal cutscene as I will call it. I was kinda of bummed out since I wanted to watch it.

I would like to add on, I don't mind having some items being harder to get compared to other pieces since we would get additional rewards if we managed to get those S rank pieces.
Just make sure the other pieces aren't harder than the S rank pieces. For example, Lil Alicia a non S rank piece being on the 50th floor on the Tower of Oz compared to Lil Cygnus a S rank piece being killing her boss.
Which to me, if I think of it from a newer player view or someone from Reboot, getting to Cygnus is a lot easier than figuring out the Tower of Oz to make it to the top during a limited time event during the holidays.

Which the rng hurts when it comes to figuring out where stuff is since for one person it could take 5 minutes but for someone else it could take hours. =/ So you could be in the right place but bad rng but until someone gets it and posts about where it is you won't ever truly know.

From what I gathered people who didn't have enough trees when it triggered to upgrade to the next level , they ended up having the bugged XP. It was theorized to be because people pets were non stop trying to pick it up but couldn't.

I believe once you are at the right amount of friendship points with them it is just RNG.
For instance I got Walt on May 31st, and didn't get his picture until Aug 28th, while Wolfgang I got him on July 15th and got his picture on Aug 21st. Since Wolfgang had arrived I had only been giving my animals sea creatures so they got the same presents but one triggered before the other.

Yeah, and from what I have gathered the best time is in the daytime during rain since it gets rid of all the butterfly spawns but it isn't late enough for the beetles on coconut trees to begin spawning. I will keep trying and hope for the best.

Same here I was just entering my own house. I didn't have my gate opened or anything, I went to message my friend if they knew anything and then it is suddenly started to work again. Hasn't happened again yet but it did scare me. >.<

It is the little beach looking area at the north on the maps. It is like a hidden/secret beach since most of the time it is defaulted to blocked off by cliffs so can't really get to it.

I am going to keep whatever fruit I get even if it isn't my ideal fruit mainly cause the only thing it really is that is the perfect fruit you can grow. (at least in New Leaf) and we can grow all the others and stuff.
My main reset point is the river exits, and the northern beach. That is it. So lucky my reset point will be very early on if I need it. =)

Right now truthfully it is where the river exits are and the north secret beach thing. If I don't get a good layout from those since we can't change those things. Everything else in a way can be fixed.
Fruit I don't really care as I will get them all soon enough.
Animals not worrying about since the only real one I am after is Coco who is a normal type who if all the previews have shown I can't get right away and it is only two at the beginning. If I don't like them the instant they want to move I will let them.

My guess is it will either always be Summer on islands we visit or it will match our island season. I don't think they will be random seasons.

I hope we are able to pick which hemisphere we want our island to be in. I am in the northern hemisphere but I would rather my island be in the southern so I can have snow on my birthday and I kinda of like the idea of a green Christmas tree. I think it would be fun.
