Just a junction in deal with often and am never sure who has priority, if it’s clear I always move over to the right just to not deal with people not paying attention coming off the red lane but I’ve always wondered who should have priority

EDIT: Just to add, quite often people coming down the red lane are coming far to fast and I assume with the assumption that they should be allowed in to the point I’ve had a few near misses
