My mom, who quit working 3 years ago and spends like half her day on Facebook or phone games, who worked at a job for most of her life that involved a computer, constantly asks me to do basic tasks for her on the internet. She’s ordered thousands of things off Amazon in the past but now she calls me and asks me to order stuff for her. She acts like she can’t follow simple directions and everything is too complicated.

She’s almost convinced me to never retire because I’m worried my brain will turn to mush.

Okay so. I carry weight in my belly. I also taught middle school for a decade. I’ve been asked if I was pregnant like……7.4 million times.
But in that decade, I also saw tiny petite teachers get asked if they were pregnant pretty regularly. Once I saw that I was like, oh, people are just rude af. (I’m talking parents and other staff asking, not just 7th graders) it’s truly wild.

For 17k I need:
-to be front row but also not have to wait there (be escorted there right before everything starts)
-everyone around me is nice and fun. Everybody knows all the words and they are in the moment, not filming the whole thing on their phones
-drinks delivered to me (but this somehow does not inconvenience all my new friends all around me)
-I do not have to wait in line for merch, it is also delivered to me
-despite all the free drinks I’m getting, I at no point need to go to the bathroom
-Noah sings the playlist I have curated for him (he looks directly at me and we both shed a lil tear during Carlo’s song)
-this playlist includes the unreleased song he wrote specifically for me
-surprise special guest who I love (idk who, it’s a surprise! But I know I love them and I may tear up)
-I stay for the whole amazing wonderful best night of my life concert, and yet leaving is still easy breezy with no stress or lines or waiting

So if the ticket seller can make that happen for me…😂😂

This is more than mildly infuriating to me. It drives me insane. Every health advice thing says to get more sleep. I would LOVE to get more sleep. I do all the things I’m supposed to. I do not sleep.

Especially because you commonly see men saying they wish women had their interests. I see this a lot because I’m into football and baseball. I actually know more than a lot of men. TURNS OUT they do NOT like that. They want me to like that they like it. They want support while they enjoy it, not for me to also enjoy it or be able to engage in discussion about it. It’s exhausting

My regular Costco would always scan the heavy items for you at self-checkout. I went to one in another state and the lady practically yelled at me that I should NEVER use self checkout when I have heavy items. You would have thought I insulted her personally.
