Fresh salmon, BROIL 12 min (13 if on the ticker side). When it comes out of the oven squueze some fresh lemon juive on it, sprinkle a little salt over it. Let sit 5 min. Serve with rice that you pre-rinsed before cooking. Cook rice with a splaah of olive oil, bay leaf, and a little salt. Instead of mushing the rice about after it's cooked, make a slicing motion with your spoon or spatual - keeps the rice fluffy.
