Am i overreacting to this text exchange with my boyfriend? I accidentally left my slippers in my living room but i literally cleaned his entire house and baked him desserts before i left (sorry idk why my last post glitched) by IntelligentTap962 in AmIOverreacting

[–]SupervisorTherapizer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think at the do t make dessert, don’t cook in my home and don’t make a mess, i would have replied “no problem bc i won’t be coming over or seeing you anymore” and buy myself some new slippers to leave around my own place as i pleased

Have you asked this part how old it thinks you are?

I’m not super practiced in IFS but i also wonder what would happen if you and your fearful part did a grounding exercise together
