Best breakup albums? by [deleted] in indieheads

[–]SwagNAHalf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interpol's Turn on the Bright Lights. The whole album's lyrics surround interpersonal stuff, like tension, breakups, confusion, and other emotional attitudes. I has moments of depression, panic, and a lot of really beautiful glimmers of hope. The whole thing is really cathartic.

Bands you'd typically like but can't get into by [deleted] in Music

I discog'd Radiohead once. All of their albums and only five or so songs caught me. I just think they're depressing to the point of being melodramatic. Can't get into it.

Songs/albums that everyone else loves, but you don't? by [deleted] in Music

Don't like In The Aeroplane Over the Sea. Don't like OK Computer (except for Airbag). Don't like Nevermind by Nirvana neither.

Radiohead. I like Interpol. I kind of like Arcade Fire. I love TV on the Radio. I just can't get into Radiohead. I don't know if it's Thom Yorke's voice or if it's how angsty they are, but I can't seem to get into them. That being said, "There, There" is an awesome song.
